This role is pivotal in ensuring that core financial systems, including ERP and financial performance management platforms, are reliable, well-governed, and in compliance with business and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will set the enterprise direction for financial services technology, align technology strategy with financial priorities, and provide executive oversight of financial systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and strong controls. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with over 10 years in senior technology or business-technology leadership roles supporting financial or enterprise functions. Key responsibilities include leading a focused team, maintaining strong governance, and partnering with peer technology leaders to deliver cohesive enterprise solutions. The role also involves overseeing vendor and implementation partners, advising senior leadership on technology risks and opportunities, and balancing operational stewardship with modernization. The candidate should have a solid understanding of enterprise technology dependencies, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to travel as required. Experience with financial systems such as ERP and financial performance management platforms, and exposure to complex financial environments, is a plus.
