Warehouse Associate

Kelly Services is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Associate to join their Mississauga team. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a stable, growing company.
The successful candidate will perform a variety of warehouse duties including order picking, receiving inventory, stocking products, and operating warehouse equipment. This role requires someone who is physically fit, safety-conscious, eager to learn, and able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Retrieve products from elevated racking systems.
• Load and unload shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is considered an asset.
• Experience operating an Order Picker (Cherry Picker) and/or Reach Truck is preferred; training may be provided for the right candidate.
• Valid forklift certification is an asset.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 60–70 lbs independently on a regular basis.
