Join a high-impact team supporting IT professionals who develop business and mission capable systems for the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN). As a member of the In-Service Support Team (ISS), within the Information and Communication Systems (ICS) Section, you will support, troubleshoot, deploy, and improve a diverse ecosystem of technologies that enable business, operational and mission-critical capabilities across the RCN. In this role, you will provide IT support and independent verification and validation services on behalf Department of National Defence (DND) clients. This role combines advanced technical troubleshooting with stakeholder coordination and customer engagement. This position is ideal for a resourceful, hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving complex problems in a variety of environments and who is inspired to make a meaningful impact for Canada's Navy.
