Services will be delivered across market segments and include database, platform, and infrastructure management (moves, upgrades), system integrations, and hardware configuration. The position works directly with our clients remotely and onsite throughout North America. Apply now to take your career global.What’s in it for you?Base salary range $60,000 - $65,000Sales incentive program - $8,000 - $16,000 per yearHybrid work modelBenefits after 30 daysCoaching from top of class professionals and leadersGrowth and development opportunitiesInnovative and established industryFast paced and challenging environmentWhat you'll own:Conduct functional planning and scoping sessions with ACTIVE and client project stakeholdersDesign and Implement hardware, software, and data integration solutions with customers that satisfy their business needsCoordinate all day-to-day details for implementationsDevelop and manage technology deployment strategiesDevelop and deploy end user training plan applicableWork with Project Manager to execute implementations according to planWork with Project Consultants to coordinate functional requirements with deliverablesWork with Support Analysts to facilitate handoff as project closesWhat you'll bring:Polished and professional approachExcellent and demonstrable problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal skills and an ability to quickly establish solid relationships with clientsStrong presentation and report-writing skillsQuick to adapt to new environments/technologies and able to grasp complex business processesAbility to manage expectations, facilitation skills and a knack for turning conflict into positive outcomesStrong entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job doneUndergraduate degree or technical diplomaProven experience handling enterprise level customer projects2+ years of software deployment experience is an assetBusiness experience in one or more of the following markets is an asset: Ski & Attractions, Government, Parks and Recreation, Education, Not for Profit, Endurance, Sports.Technical experience with computer and network architecture, database schematics, APIs, and SQL.
