Job description

Notre client recherche un Technicien·ne électromécanique, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception, l’amélioration, la maintenance et le soutien des équipements de production et de leurs systèmes. Vous contribuerez directement à la fiabilité, à la performance et à la conformité des équipements, dans un environnement hautement réglementé.


HORAIRE: Lundi au vendredi

QUART DE TRAVAIL: Soir - Commençant entre 13h30 et 15h30 et se terminant entre 21het 23h.


Principales responsabilités


  • Concevoir, développer, tester et mettre en œuvre des équipements spécialisés selon les exigences mécaniques et logicielles
  • Assurer le dépannage, l’analyse et la résolution de problèmes sur les équipements et systèmes
  • Planifier et exécuter les activités de maintenance et de calibration à l’aide du système de GMAO
  • Documenter les interventions techniques dans les bons de travail et dans SAP
  • Concevoir et modifier des schémas et plans électriques à l’aide de logiciels de CAO
  • Effectuer des essais électriques, électroniques et électromécaniques et en consigner les résultats
  • Installer et assembler des composantes électriques et électroniques
  • Maintenir les équipements en conformité avec les exigences cGMP, les normes CSA, les exigences en santé et sécurité et les règles de radioprotection (principe ALARA)
  • Programmer et soutenir des automates programmables industriels (PLC) ainsi que des systèmes robotiques et de convoyage
  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et de production pour soutenir les opérations quotidiennes
  • Superviser les travaux réalisés par des entrepreneur·euse·s externes
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations techniques fiables et innovantes
  • Exécuter toute autre tâche confiée par la direction


Qualifications


  • DEC en technologie de l’électronique industrielle ou DEP en électromécanique de systèmes automatisés
  • Permis de conduire classe C
  • Minimum de deux (2) ans d’expérience avec un DEP ou un (1) an avec un DEC dans un environnement pharmaceutique
  • Connaissance approfondie des principes de validation, des procédés de fabrication, des systèmes qualité et des attentes réglementaires
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de CAO (ex. AutoCAD)
  • Expérience en programmation PLC (Allen-Bradley, Omron, Siemens), pilotes NIDAQ et contrôleurs Galil
  • Connaissances pratiques en usinage et en soudage
  • Connaissances en conception de circuits imprimés (PCB – Eagle CadSoft)
  • Connaissance des règlements GMP canadiens, américains et européens
  • Maîtrise du français
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets, à travailler sous pression et à résoudre des problèmes de façon créative

Our client is looking for an Electromechanical Technician, you will play a key role in designing, improving, maintaining, and supporting production equipment and systems. Your work will directly support equipment reliability, performance, and compliance in a highly regulated environment.


SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday

SHIFT: Evening – Starting between 1:30PM and 3:30PM or/and ending between 9PM and 11PM.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, test, and implement specialized equipment based on mechanical and software requirements
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues across equipment and systems
  • Plan and execute maintenance and calibration activities using the CMMS
  • Document technical work in work orders and SAP
  • Create and modify electrical schematics and drawings using CAD software
  • Perform electrical, electronic, and electromechanical testing and document results
  • Install and assemble electrical and electronic components
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements, CSA standards, health and safety rules, and radiation protection requirements (ALARA principle)
  • Program and support PLCs, robotic equipment, and conveyor systems
  • Collaborate with technical and production teams to support daily operations
  • Supervise work performed by external contractors
  • Identify and implement reliable, innovative equipment improvements
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management


Qualifications


  • College diploma (DEC) in Industrial Electronics Technology or vocational diploma (DEP) in Electromechanics of Automated Systems
  • Class C driver’s license
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with a DEP or one (1) year with a DEC in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Strong knowledge of validation principles, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory expectations
  • Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD)
  • Experience programming PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Omron, Siemens), NIDAQ drivers, and Galil controllers
  • Practical knowledge of machining and welding
  • Knowledge of PCB design (Eagle CadSoft)
  • Knowledge of Canadian, U.S., and European GMP regulations
  • Proficiency in French
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and solve problems creatively
