We are hiring a talented regional sales representative- Atlantic Canada to join our team. As Stanfield’s Regional Sales Representative — Atlantic Canada , you will serve as the primary connection between Stanfield’s and its customers.
You will maintain, develop , and grow the customer base across Atlantic Canada for the Stanfield’s, Stanfield’s FR, Life Liners, Elita , and Hot Chilly’s brands.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with independent and specialty retailers across Atlantic Canada, including Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador.
Increase sales within existing accounts, expand customer contacts, and identify new opportunities that meet or exceed company expectations, supported by a large existing customer base.
Coordinate and participate in regional trade shows .
Travel within the assigned territory during booking season , and as needed .
Support special projects and business development opportunities within and outside the region , as directed by the VP of Sales. Communicate clearly and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to share ideas, plans, actions , and projects that support customer needs. Set customer and market priorities and execute strategic action plans to achieve sales goals.
Develop and execute account -growth strategies, including regular business reviews with key customers to maximize sales.
Identify each customer’s sales needs and objectives and provide appropriate technical and sales support.
Deliver exceptional customer service. Provide market/customer research and feedback Adherence to company sales and pricing guidelines. Additional duties as assigned.
Education: College/University degree in the area of Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Or 3+ years outside Sales Representative/Sales Account Manager experience.
Skills and Experience: Intermediate computer skills in MS Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and outlook. Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), problem-solving and presentation skills are a must. Highly Self-motivated, detail-oriented and hardworking. Excellent time and territory management skills. Overnight travel required within Canada and the US (If required for trade shows or business development) Valid Driver’s license.
