The successful candidate will be a strategic, collaborative, and people-centered executive with a strong background in shaping and executing people strategies that align with business objectives and foster a positive work culture. This role involves leading the development of a multi-year people and culture strategy, supporting a high-performing team, and driving initiatives in leadership development, succession planning, talent management, and employee experience. The VP will also be responsible for championing a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, integrity, inclusion, and adaptability, and will play a key role in leading change initiatives to ensure organizational agility and long-term performance.
