About the role

We are seeking an experienced, full-time, permanent Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our ON-VAU/Vaughan site. In this role, you will independently coordinate clinical studies, conduct participant visits and phlebotomy, and work closely with Investigators and the broader research team to ensure study activities are safe, organized, accurate, and compliant with protocol and regulatory requirements. This position is primarily based at Centricity Research Vaughan Endocrinology site in Vaughan and will also provide support to Centricity Research Toronto LMC Multispecialty and Centricity Research CPU-Toronto sites as operational needs require.

  • Guide participants through the informed consent process and ensure proper documentation
  • Schedule and coordinate study visits throughout the participant lifecycle

Study Execution & Data Integrity

  • Accurately complete study documentation, regulatory records, and periodic reports
  • Prepare for and support monitoring visits, audits, and inspections
  • Perform regular quality control (QC) checks on study data and source documents
  • Collaborate with investigators, management, and sponsors to ensure study compliance and accuracy
  • Contribute to site start-up activities, including feasibility questionnaires (FQs) and pre-study visits (PSVs)

Quality, Compliance & Site Support

  • Support lab supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and administrative needs
  • Assist with community engagement and outreach events as needed

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have strong knowledge of medical terminology, GCP, study protocols, SOPs, and clinical research documentation requirements.
  • Experience across multiple therapeutic areas, such as vaccines, obesity, rare diseases, or Alzheimer's disease, is considered an asset.
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at prioritizing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are a self-starter who can work independently, take ownership of assigned studies, and become productive quickly with limited supervision.
  • Are willing and able to work primarily at Centricity Research Vaughan Endocrinology site in Vaughan and provide support to Centricity Research Toronto LMC Multispecialty and Centricity Research CPU-Toronto sites as operational needs require.
