What You’ll Do :
Be the go-to contact for assigned customers, keeping them informed and supported.
Process orders and purchase orders (POs)— ability to read quotes and POs is a plus .
Work with sales, supply chain, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and complaints quickly.
Spot opportunities to improve processes and support cross- or up-selling.
Participate in small projects and mentor new team members when needed.
What You Bring :
3–5 years of customer service experience, ideally in supply chain or B2B / B2C.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with SAP, AS400, and Microsoft Office.
Self-starter who thrives in a team environment.
