Job description

Lead Employee Experience Designer On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Lead Employee Experience Designer. Lead Employee Experience Designer - Job Description

  • Provide strategic experience design framing, planning and support to partners with the goal of designing employee experiences and solutions that sit at the sweet spot of end-user desirability and business impact
  • Plan and support employee-centered design research activities to define current state areas of opportunity and map ideal future experiences
  • Work closely with leadership, fellow designers, and the broader HR team to provide direct guidance, expertise and coaching on experience design leveraging our employee experience design process and standards
  • Be a champion for employee-centered business relevant solutions that resonate with employees and drive desired performance and outcomes to achieve business impact
  • Develop and deliver strategic presentations to tell compelling stories, which include writing, thoughtful image finding, and designing visual information in a digestible and engaging way

Lead Employee Experience Designer - Mandatory Skills

  • Graduate degree in Design, Psychology, Human Factors, Industrial Design, or comparable work experience
  • Showcase great storytelling and communication skills, whether on paper or in person (English, French is an asset)
  • Demonstrable experience in creating strategy for design and delivery to empower the business, while keeping user needs at the core
  • Passion for learning about people, behavior, and the worlds they inhabit, and an unsatiable curiosity to understand the motivations that lie beneath
  • Technically proficient with a variety of Design methodologies, including Service Design, UX Research, workshop design & facilitation, and UX / UI
  • Mural, Microsoft Suite – daily use of both
  • Lead Employee Experience Designer- Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual English / French an asset
  • Lead Employee Experience Designer - Assignment Start Date ASAP – 6 months to start Lead Employee Experience Designer - Assignment Location Toronto, ON – Work Hybrid
