Senior Manager, Business Impact & Delivery

What is the opportunity?

Senior Manager, Business Impact & Delivery will play a critical strategic role within the Creditor Distribution team, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Creditor Distribution. The successful candidate will enhance project delivery capabilities, strengthen cross-functional partnerships, and drive strategic opportunity identification that accelerates business growth and competitive advantage across the enterprise. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership, balancing tactical project management with strategic business insight to optimize distribution channel performance and reduce execution risk.

What will you do?

• Lead and manage high-priority projects that drive strategic value and business outcomes
• Coordinate across business units to execute distribution opportunities and drive seamless cross-functional collaboration
• Conduct strategic analysis including SWOT assessments, trend identification, and opportunity identification in partnership with leadership
• Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the Senior Director and broader leadership team
• Drive process improvements in project governance frameworks and execution methodologies
• Optimize resource allocation and analytical capabilities to support data-driven decision-making

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Proven experience managing complex, high-priority projects in a financial services environment
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to conduct strategic analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Project management expertise with a track record of on-time delivery
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Suite products
• In-depth knowledge of insurance, life and benefits products, and distribution channels

Nice-to-have

• Familiarity with financial services, products and pricing strategy
• Background in process improvement and governance frameworks

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$90,000.00 - $140,000.00

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
