As a Senior Associate, your primary responsibility will be developing and growing client relationships while driving new business opportunities within the Administrative & Customer Support contract talent market. You will introduce Robert Half's services through video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients, helping organizations solve their workforce challenges through strategic talent solutions.
This role is focused on business development, account management, and client partnership. You will build relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers, identify opportunities for contract staffing support, and expand the utilization of Robert Half's services within your assigned territory. Success in this role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex client organizations.
