Lead and inspire the next generation with Summer FC as a Team Lead Soccer Coach! Oversee coaching operations while mentoring aspiring coaches and players from July to August.
In this leadership role, you will manage coaching shifts and ensure program quality and safety. Adapt to changing weather conditions and maintain attendance records for both players and coaches. This part-time, seasonal position allows you to shape a fun, safe, and rewarding soccer experience for young athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor fellow coaches and inspire their development
• Manage scheduling for seamless program execution
• Adapt to weather changes and reschedule sessions
• Maintain comprehensive attendance and quality records
Requirements:
• Deep commitment to soccer and coaching
• Valid vulnerable sector check required
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license necessary
• Availability for evening sessions Sunday to Thursday
