Techstar Plastics is a Port Perry, Ontario-based manufacturing company serving commercial and industrial customers with rotationally moulded plastic products. We operate in a hands-on, team-oriented environment where operational execution, customer responsiveness, and continuous improvement matter.
We are seeking a hands-onDirector, Finance and Administrationto lead the company’s finance, accounting, and office administration functions. Reporting to the President, this role will own the monthly close and financial reporting process, cash flow and working capital management, customer credit and accounts receivable oversight, budgeting and forecasting leadership, and day-to-day oversight of the office administration function.
This is a leadership role in asmall to mid-sized manufacturing business, but it is also ahands-onrole. The successful candidate will be expected to both lead and execute — bringing strong technical accounting capability, practical business judgment, and the ability to support continuous improvement in structure, reporting, process discipline, and overall departmental effectiveness.
This role is based primarilyon-site in Port Perry, Ontario. Given the hands-on nature of the role and the need for regular interaction with the office and operating team, regular on-site presence is expected.
