Job Description
:Enterprise Network Services seeks a Network Operations Analyst to join the Network Operations team. This team is accountable for the operation of all network and connectivity services which facilitate the Sun Life community to digitally interconnect a wide variety of devices; enabling data, voice and video communications with each other and with our customers, suppliers, advisors and partners.
The Network Operations Analyst has primary responsibility for the operations, maintenance, and protection of local and field network as well as the global WAN resources of Sun Life Financial.
The Enterprise Network Services group provides networking infrastructure services for Sun Life Financial's Local and Wide area network, including devices and services such as: Firewalls, Load Balancing, ISP provisioning, Physical and Logical Network Design, Wireless LAN, Remote access (VPN), VoIP, IP Address Management, Routers & Switches.
