Job description
Drive exceptional client support as a Private Banking Associate at RBC, specializing in the Black Card Experience. Champion digital education while servicing requests via email and phone. As a key member of the Private Banking team, you will ensure a seamless client experience through high-level support and problem resolution. With 2 to 3 years of experience, your role will focus on addressing client needs, utilizing tools to enhance engagement, and promoting digital literacy among clients. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver expert service for client banking requests • Quickly resolve client concerns at initial contact • Advocate for client digital education and engagement • Tailor experiences to meet the needs of Private Banking clients • Maximize technology use to enhance service quality Requirements: • 2 to 3 years of banking experience required • Bilingual in English and French is essential • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Proven skills in client service and organization • Completion of IFC or CSC is a plus Leverage your expertise in banking and client relations to create a lasting impact at RBC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
