Job description
Become a key player as a Database Reliability Engineer in a leading IT services firm, specializing in MySQL and PostgreSQL. Manage and optimize database instances to ensure reliability and performance. We seek an experienced Database Reliability Engineer to enhance our multi-international team. Your role will encompass the full lifecycle of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, with responsibilities ranging from provisioning to performance tuning. Engage with automation and high availability solutions to deliver top-notch database services. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee provisioning and lifecycle of MySQL/PostgreSQL • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code for efficient management • Establish monitoring dashboards for proactive health checks • Perform capacity planning based on usage trends • Collaborate closely with various engineering teams Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years in IT operations or engineering roles • Expert knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL • Adept in shell scripting and Linux environments • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools • Familiarity with high-availability solutions Shape the future of database reliability engineering within a growing international company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
