Job description
Be a vital part of MSF Canada as Deputy Executive Director, enhancing the organization's operations and mission-driven initiatives within a supportive hybrid work setting. This position calls for strategic insight and operational management capabilities to translate vision into actionable results. In this influential role, you will serve as the operational backbone of MSF Canada, directly managing core departments and senior leaders. You will ensure that risk management and compliance align with the organization’s goals while fostering collaboration across teams. Your efforts will amplify the Executive Director’s leadership and promote MSF’s social mission effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Lead organizational operations and effectiveness initiatives • Manage senior leadership teams across multiple departments • Ensure compliance and risk readiness across the organization • Serve as a strategic ally to the Executive Director • Represent MSF Canada in various internal and external contexts Requirements: • Extensive senior leadership experience in humanitarian sectors • Bilingual with strong communication skills in English and French • Track record in managing cross-functional teams • Ability to navigate complex organizational challenges • Commitment to principles of equity and inclusivity This role offers an opportunity to leverage your operational and leadership skills to further MSF Canada’s impactful work in the humanitarian field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
