We’re seeking a Sous Chef to join the Dal Food Services team at Dalhousie University! As the Sous Chef, you will report to the Residence Dining Manager with a dotted line to the Executive Chef and be responsible for supporting the Residence Dining Manager and Executive Chef in providing culinary leadership in the planning, production, administration and management of a high-quality food service at Dalhousie University.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
