Shipping Office Clerk / Driver

We are looking for a shipping clerk / driver to join our team in Mississauga! Work for an industry

In this role you are responsible for :
– Ensuring timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service
– Timely and Accurate Shipment Processing
– Follows customer’s standard operating procedures and proactively notifies customers of any issues.
– Consistently meets KPI standards, as per company’s procedures.
– Driving counterbalance on the dock and help out on the machine when needed
– Driving Crown reach

Skills we are looking for
– MUST have a valid forklift license and experience on counterbalance & crown reach

Requirements:
– Valid Fork lift license with experience for Counterbalance and Crown Reach
– Must have Customer Service experience
– Able to resolve customer related issues timely and effectively
– Have excellent verbal and written communication in English
– Highly organized and work well independently and as well with a team
