Who You Are
4+ in performance or growth marketing, with hands-on depth across more than one platform (paid social, paid search, email, and the channels next to them).
You've owned client relationships end to end, from the strategy down to the growth.
You connect paid and organic performance to pipeline and revenue
You've built AI workflows and shipped them. Come ready to show them.
You communicate clearly and can translate performance data for a founder who doesn't live in ad accounts.
Experience in an agency setting or working with D2C brands a major plus
You're self-motivated, you take feedback well, and the status quo bugs you.
