Job description
Elevate capital markets operations as the Reconciliations Team Director at National Bank. Lead a dynamic team dedicated to quality reconciliation processes and drive operational excellence in a hybrid model. In this influential role, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 10 to 15 reconciliation professionals. Your expertise in capital markets and people management will empower your team towards continual improvement. Engage with a range of stakeholders to enhance processes and support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate Capital Markets reconciliation efforts • Mentor team members in their professional journeys • Collaborate on the quality assurance of reconciliation activities • Drive initiatives for automation and operational control • Oversee implementation of new projects and risk strategies Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or comparable discipline • 3 to 5 years of experience in team management • Comprehensive knowledge of Capital Markets operations • Experience with process automation and improvement • Proficient in Jira and Confluence; Power BI is advantageous Your leadership can significantly impact National Bank's operational excellence and innovation capacities within the Capital Markets Reconciliations sector. #J-18808-Ljbffr
