Our Mechanical Estimator provides exceptional service with Developers and Suppliers. It is the Mechanical Estimator’s responsibility to estimate incoming jobs with accuracy and a high regard for attention to detail, followed by meeting deadlines of schedule bids going out on time.
This position is also responsible for the support and coordination to the Project Manager on current and upcoming projects. This could include administrative work, collecting documents, follow up with developers, etc. This position will be primarily based in the office and candidates must have a strong background in estimating new construction plumbing and heating. Applicants who do not have this background will not be considered for the position. Note this is an in office based position.
