Job description
Step into a leadership role as Regional Director for Nisa Foundation in Quebec and Ottawa. This full-time opportunity requires French proficiency and focuses on strategy and community partnerships. As Regional Director, you will be the face of Nisa Foundation within the regions, driving efforts that align with national goals. You'll oversee program delivery and champion community engagement, ensuring measurable outcomes from all initiatives. This role also involves leading fundraising and developing partnerships vital to achieving Nisa's mission. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the ambassador for the foundation in the regions • Manage program oversight and evaluate outcomes • Develop corporate and individual fundraising strategies • Engage community organizations and advocacy groups • Oversee regional operations and governance practices Requirements: • French proficiency is a must • At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles • Experienced in fundraising and community collaboration • Strong ability in program management • Knowledge of budget and operational compliance Lead impactful change for vulnerable populations as part of Nisa Foundation's mission. #J-18808-Ljbffr
