Role Description The General Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surrey, BC. The General Manager oversees day-to-day operations, including warehouse activities, inventory control, order processing, and logistics coordination. This role manages and mentors staff, sets performance expectations, and ensures compliance with safety and company policies. The General Manager monitors financial performance, supports budgeting and forecasting, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, customer service, and profitability. The role also involves building strong relationships with key customers and suppliers and representing the company within the local market.
