The Oversight Auditor provides independent oversight of the organization’s controls and processes. This role serves to enhance financial transparency and accountability, ensuring that the organization’s practices are sound and align with established policies. The Oversight Auditor periodically reviews procedures and reports their findings directly to the Board of Directors, reinforcing the core value of Integrity & Trust. This is a non‑voting, advisory position.
