Position: QAD ERP Analyst

Location: Remote, Canada

Job Overview:

Reporting to the Global ERP Operations Manager. The QAD Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance for our ERP QAD system.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP QAD Technical Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support and expertise for the QAD Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will troubleshoot, resolve issues, and assist users in optimizing their use of the QAD ERP platform to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

Provide day-to-day support for the QAD ERP system, responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.

Assist users in navigating and utilizing QAD ERP functionality effectively.

System Maintenance & Updates:

Monitor and maintain the QAD ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance.

Support QAD system upgrades, patches, and updates.

Collaborate with IT teams to implement system improvements and ensure the security and stability of the ERP system.

Issue Diagnosis & Resolution:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP application issues related to functionality, performance, or integration.

Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues as required.

User Training & Documentation:

Provide training sessions and create documentation for end users to ensure they are proficient in using QAD ERP.

Create and update user guides, FAQs, and other documentation to enhance user experience.

Customization & Configuration:

Support the customization of QAD ERP modules to meet business requirements.

Work with business analysts and developers to configure QAD ERP to support business processes.

System Integration & Interfaces:

Assist with the integration of QAD ERP with other internal systems or third-party applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues between systems and data exchange.

Reporting & Data Management:

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and queries to support decision-making.

Ensure data integrity within the QAD system.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

Work closely with business units to understand requirements and implement solutions to optimize business processes.

Suggest and implement process improvements related to QAD ERP usage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in QAD ERP or related technical areas.
• Experience with QAD modules such as Manufacturing, Distribution, or Financials.
• Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., API, middleware, EDI).
• Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems and modern ERP architectures.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $115,000 annually. In determining the rate of pay, Amphenol considers a variety of nondiscriminatory factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant industry experience, qualifications, skills, and education. It would be rare for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a given role. Base salary is one facet of Amphenol's total rewards package which includes participation in our comprehensive benefits program with medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, life insurance, short/long term disability, and membership in our Defined Contribution Pension Plan.
