Job description
Become a Traffic Engineering Specialist with WSP and influence the future of transportation networks in Ontario. This role combines data analysis and community collaboration to create safer, more efficient transit solutions. At WSP, you will work within the Transportation Planning team, employing your skills in traffic analysis and simulation. You will conduct traffic operations studies and present your findings to inform decision-making processes. Engaging with multidisciplinary teams and community stakeholders will be key to advancing project outcomes that support sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze transportation data to support engineering decisions • Conduct traffic modeling and operations studies • Prepare technical reports for public and private stakeholders • Foster collaboration during public consultations • Mentor junior team members on traffic analysis techniques Requirements: • Civil or Transportation Engineering degree from an accredited institution • 3-5 years of experience in traffic engineering • Proficiency in traffic simulation software • PEO licensure in Ontario • Effective communication skills for presentations Drive change in Ontario’s transportation landscape by utilizing your traffic engineering expertise at WSP. #J-18808-Ljbffr
