Job description
Shape Directive Consulting's cybersecurity landscape as the Director of IT Security. This fully remote position emphasizes strategic oversight of information security across multiple regions. As the Director of IT Security, you will lead the development of a comprehensive cybersecurity program, addressing ongoing threats while ensuring compliance. You will work with cross-functional teams to embed security into all operations, enhancing the ability to respond to incidents effectively. Your expertise will also foster a security-first culture within the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Formulate and implement an organization-wide cybersecurity strategy • Conduct thorough risk assessments and manage vulnerabilities • Direct incident response plans and exercises • Oversee compliance with industry standards • Implement security training programs organization-wide Requirements: • 7+ years of cybersecurity experience • 3+ years in senior security roles • Expertise in cloud-based security solutions • Understanding of compliance frameworks including SOC 2 • Relevant cybersecurity certification preferred Lead the charge in enhancing Directive Consulting's security measures while optimizing for business agility and growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
