Job description
Join Bombardier as the Logistics Leader at the SOS Shop in Saint-Laurent, managing critical supply chains for aerospace operations. Drive excellence in procurement and logistics with your team. This regular day job requires overseeing a passionate team dedicated to delivering critical parts for aircraft and production. Your HR leadership will involve collaborating with external partners such as Tech Mahindra. You will ensure compliance with established logistics processes and foster a culture focused on operational excellence, coaching your team to achieve excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a skilled team in delivering pivotal aircraft components • Handle HR responsibilities and partnerships effectively • Ensure compliance with procurement standards according to quality systems • Define KPIs for ongoing stock management • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and talent development Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience • Over 5 years in logistics/procurement environments • 2+ years management experience required • Strong communication and leadership skills • Bilingual proficiency in English and French Shape the future of logistics and procurement with your leadership at Bombardier's Saint-Laurent location. #J-18808-Ljbffr
