Job description

This role is crucial in managing all aspects of accounts receivable, reporting directly to the ARRL. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective communication is required for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct collection activities according to company procedures • Develop payment plans by working directly with debtors • Respond to client inquiries utilizing a customer-focused approach • Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies • Assess and implement strategies for better collections Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in accounts receivable • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Bilingual in English and French required Maximize your potential in accounts receivable with Stantec’s dynamic team, fostering effective collection practices and client relations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
