Are you passionate about delivering innovative technology solutions that create meaningful business impact? We are looking for a Technical Product Owner with a strong background in Wealth Management and Business Systems Analysis to join our Canada Wealth Technology team.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand priorities, define requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals.
  • Leverage your Business Systems Analyst experience to analyze processes, identify opportunities, and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality technology solutions within Agile frameworks.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
  • Review business and technical requirements, solution designs, test strategies, and implementation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support production releases, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize modern tools, including AI‑enabled technologies, to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Product Ownership, Business Systems Analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian Wealth Management industry, including business processes, products, and regulatory considerations.
  • Proven experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technology teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Hands‑on experience working within Agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story development.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern delivery tools.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, and digital platforms is an asset.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT to enhance productivity and delivery effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SAML authentication, identity management, and application session integration.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, governance, or compliance frameworks relevant to our industry.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and system architecture concepts.
  • Experience with workflow automation and integration tools (e.g., Power Automate).
  • Understanding of API concepts, documentation and testing tools.
  • SAFe or Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master) are considered an asset.

Benefits

  • Work on strategic initiatives that shape the future of Wealth Technology.
  • Collaborate with talented teams in a supportive and innovative environment.
  • Gain exposure to modern technologies, Agile practices, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Build a meaningful career with a global leader committed to helping people make decisions easier and lives better.

If you're a collaborative Technical Product Owner with a Wealth Management background and the analytical mindset of a Business Systems Analyst, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and help us deliver the next generation of wealth solutions.
