Marie Academic Medical Association (SSM AMA) is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative leader to join our team as a Temporary Full-Time (2 Year Contract) Medical Education Manager. The Medical Education Manager provides leadership and oversight for local medical education programs and initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with physicians, NOSM University, healthcare partners, residents, medical students, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional educational experiences while supporting SSM AMA with the expansion and continuous improvement of medical education in Sault Ste. Marie.
The Medical Education Manager is directly responsible for the Medical Education Coordinator and oversees the onboarding, scheduling, orientation, wellness, and ongoing support of all medical learners, including Physician Assistant Students, Medical Students, and Medical Residents.
