Job Summary

Lead and oversee financial planning reporting and risk management to support organizational objectives. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and ensure accurate compliant financial operations.

Main Duties

• Develop and implement financial strategies policies and long-term plans to meet organizational goals.
• Prepare manage and monitor annual budgets forecasts and financial models to support decision-making.
• Oversee monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow treasury activities and capital allocation to optimize liquidity and funding requirements.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and risk management processes; coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Lead mentor and evaluate finance team members while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in finance accounting economics or business administration; professional designation (e.g. CPA CFA) is an asset.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management budgeting or corporate finance roles.
• Proven experience preparing budgets forecasts financial statements and management reports.
• Proficiency with financial software and enterprise resource planning systems; advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards financial controls and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with experience managing teams and engaging senior management.
