We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated and dynamic team.
What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth day-to-day order and project coordination.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Please note: The position does not involve high-volume inbound or outbound calling. Customer communication is primarily handled through email, with occasional phone calls. The role is primarily focused on email communication, order processing, and project coordination.

Salary Range: $38,000 - $42,000
*Salary will be determined based on candidate's experience, skills and qualifications.
