This job description is for a Project Manager responsible for the complete delivery of one or more cross-functional transformation projects from initial concept to final closure and approval of deliverables.
Under the title of Project Manager the description places central importance on the simultaneous coordination of internal and external communications marketing change management training and an integrated dissemination calendar: the communication and change management dimension is not secondary; it structures the role. The ideal candidate will lead teams that do not report directly to them influence directors and senior managers and reconcile divergent interests within a large matrix organizational environment.
Experience in the financial or banking sector and the ability to present effectively to executives and governance committees are prerequisites not assets.
The role requires more than 6 years of project management experience and a proven track record of major transformation programs. A strictly IT project manager focused on technical delivery without communication or change management responsibilities does not meet the requirements.
