You are an energetic and experienced Manager Operational Systems. Reporting to the Director Business Solutions you will manage the day-to-day activities for the planning coordination and delivery of Salesforce Field Service (web and mobile) and related system initiatives using Agile this role you will manage a team of 46 developers including employees and contractors to deliver business requirements and continuously enhance system features.
You will also work closely with the Systems Specialist managing activities related to roadmap delivery integrations system upgrades and operational support.
