Position Overview

At Belron Canada, people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a strategic and business-minded Senior Business Partner, People & Culture to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and help drive organizational success through people. In this role, you'll partner closely with business leaders to align talent strategies with operational priorities, provide expert guidance on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee relations, and workforce planning, and leverage people insights to support informed decision-making. As a key member of the People & Culture team, you'll champion a high-performance culture, elevate the employee experience, and help shape the future of our workforce across your client groups.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR counsel aligned with business goals and operational priorities.
  • Coach and support leaders on performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational change.
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to build future-ready teams.
  • Identify workforce trends, talent gaps, and organizational needs, developing proactive people strategies to address them.
  • Leverage people analytics and key workforce metrics to drive business decisions and measure organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to implement enterprise People & Culture programs while representing business-specific needs.
  • Drive employee engagement, inclusion, and culture initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, and compliance activities while mitigating organizational risk.

What You'll Bring

  • Significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a complex, fast-paced organization.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into effective people strategies. Retail Experience is an asset.
  • Expertise in talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and change management.
  • Proven ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using HR metrics and insights to support decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations, investigations, and HR best practices.
  • A valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a vehicle for business travel are required.

Work Model

  • This is a hybrid position based in Langley, BC, with an expected in-office presence of 1–2 days per week to support collaboration, partnership, and business engagement.
  • Occasional travel within British Columbia and across Canada may be required to support business priorities, employee initiatives, and leadership partnerships.
