Job description

We are looking for a Director, Channel Management, who will report to the Director of Portfolio, Strategy, Channel and Customer Experience. The role focuses on defining and executing the global dealer network strategy, aligning it with growth objectives, dealer and customer experience standards, and operational excellence.

Strategic Leadership and Business Management

  • Define and execute the channel management strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Lead, develop, and engage a high‑performing team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for channel operations.

Dealer Network Framework and Governance

  • Establish and oversee dealer agreement frameworks, network policies, and governance standards in partnership with Legal.
  • Own dealer‑related customer master data strategy in SAP, ensuring data integrity and effective account lifecycle management.
  • Oversee network operations support across key business lines, ensuring alignment with product and market priorities.
  • Lead audit, compliance, and risk management frameworks across the dealer network.
  • Define and execute network footprint strategy, including expansion, consolidation, and market optimization.

Dealer Network Programs

  • Lead the strategy and execution of dealer programs that drive performance and customer experience.
  • Oversee certification programs, including standards, processes, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage dealer performance initiatives (e.g., scorecards, PerforMAX), including communication and stakeholder alignment.
  • Direct dealer financial benchmarking programs.

Dealer Technology and Digital Transformation

  • Lead integration between Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM platforms to enable seamless data flow and insights.
  • Champion digital innovation, automation, and analytics across channel operations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in channel management, dealer network strategy, or related commercial leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading complex, global network strategies and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of dealer operations, distribution models, and performance management frameworks.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, CRM/DMS integrations).
  • A demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and program ROI.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset.
  • Exceptional leadership, team development, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A data‑driven decision‑maker with strong analytical capabilities.
  • A change agent with experience driving digital transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across global and cross‑functional teams.
