THE POSITION

ATTA Elevators is seeking a qualified individual to join our team located at the Toronto office. This position will report directly to the Billing Manager. The Accounts Receivable Clerk primary responsibility will be to learn about the elevating device industry and its revenue streams including maintenance, service, modernization and new construction projects. They will work with our newly integrated operational software and financial ERP to increase the productivity by minimizing outdated manual processes. The ideal candidate thrives in an environment where they can take ownership of their accounts and be rewarded for results.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following :

• Review new maintenance contracts and ensure accuracy of data in the operational software
• Handle intercompany reconciliation and billing
• Run monthly maintenance invoicing process at the beginning of each month
• Review weekly chargeable calls from Maintenance Supervisor and issue invoices according to customer contracts
• Review weekly progress of projects including Quoted Service, Modernization and New Construction with Project Managers and issue progress invoices
• Respond to clients queries as needed and work with Sales team to provide good customer service
• Complete other duties as assigned
