Key Responsibilities · Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. · Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, online chat, and in person. · Process customer orders, transactions, and account updates accurately. · Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally to achieve positive outcomes. · Handle conflict resolution, negotiations, and objections with confidence. · Communicate updates regarding company policies, procedures, products, services, and promotions. · Troubleshoot customer service issues and identify appropriate solutions. · Maintain accurate customer records and account information. · Contact customers regarding promotions, new products, and industry events. · Assist with product launches, marketing events, and promotional activities. · Provide support to the Branch Administrator and Warehouse team as needed. · Perform inventory cycle counts when required. · Complete other duties as assigned. Working Conditions · Primarily office-based with occasional work in the warehouse. · Regular use of a computer and telephone. · Flexibility to work additional hours when business needs require. #ondt #ONDT
