Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator

MEMS & Electronics Manufacturing


Sheba Microsystems is a Toronto-based high-technology company developing advanced MEMS-based micro-actuator solutions for high-performance camera applications. Our technology combines MEMS innovation, electronics, module assembly and precision manufacturing to enable next-generation imaging systems.

As Sheba Microsystems scales its industrialization, supplier network and customer delivery activities, we are looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator, MEMS & Electronics Manufacturing to join our team.

This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Toronto, ON office.


Role and Responsibilities

· Support planning, supplier and subcontractor follow-up, purchasing, MEMS component manufacturing follow-up, electronic component procurement, PCBA and electronics manufacturing coordination, module and package assembly follow-up, logistics, customer deliveries and operational documentation.

· Maintain visibility on open actions, supplier commitments, delivery dates, risks, documentation gaps and shipment readiness.

· Coordinate basic information flow between Operations, Engineering, Quality, suppliers, subcontractors and external manufacturing partners.

· Support operational follow-up with EMS partners, contract manufacturers and suppliers across Asia, Europe and North America.

· Prepare and coordinate logistics documentation such as packing lists, shipment requests, commercial invoices and delivery records.

· Help ensure that purchasing, supplier follow-up, logistics and delivery records are accurate, complete and properly maintained.

· Support continuous improvement of operational tracking, documentation and reporting practices.


The position includes exposure to Sheba’s MEMS component manufacturing flow, which is the core technology and main value driver of the module. It also covers the broader operational flow required to coordinate components, assemblies, external manufacturing partners, subcontractors and customer shipments.


We are looking for a practical, organized and reliable candidate with 2 to 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, purchasing, supplier coordination, manufacturing follow-up, electronics, components, inventory or technical operations.


The role offers direct exposure to real operational challenges in a rich startup environment, while working closely with experienced senior leaders from the semiconductor, MEMS, electronics manufacturing and operations industries.


Required Qualifications

· 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.

· Fluent written and spoken English.

· Ability to work full-time on-site at our Toronto, ON office.

· Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to follow up consistently on multiple open actions.

· Good communication skills with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite or equivalent.


Strong assets:

· Mandarin Chinese language skills.

· Exposure to MEMS, electronics manufacturing, EMS suppliers, contract manufacturers, component distributors, PCBA, module assembly, package assembly, BOMs or manufacturing documentation.

· Experience with purchase orders, supplier follow-up, inventory tracking, shipment coordination or logistics documentation.

· Availability to start within a timely manner.
