Field Sales Manager (B2B / Industrial)

We’re representing an established industrial services organization looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead commercial growth in the Fort McMurray region.

This role suits someone who enjoys being out in the field, building trusted relationships, and spotting opportunities where technical services can add real operational value. You’ll work closely with decision‑makers across industrial and construction environments, helping translate needs into practical service solutions.

What You’ll Spend Your Time On

• Expanding relationships with industrial and construction clients across the region
• Identifying new opportunities and turning conversations into qualified leads
• Understanding site‑level challenges and aligning services to client goals
• Presenting solutions, developing pricing, and supporting commercial negotiations
• Staying connected to local market activity and sharing insights internally

Regional travel is part of the role (roughly 30%, mostly day trips). The position is based in Fort McMurray.

• Several years of field‑based sales or business development experience within industrial or energy‑adjacent services
• Comfort discussing construction, maintenance, or turnaround‑related offerings
• A relationship‑driven approach with a strong closing mindset
• Independence, accountability, and follow‑through
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally
