Learn more about us: https://healthopm.com/ Position Details Job Title: Housekeeper Location: Waterdown, Ontario Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: 1 shift per week (approximately 5 hours per shift; schedule may vary based on client needs) Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Position Overview HealthOPM is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to provide high-quality cleaning services in a private residence. The successful candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment while working independently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning windows. Clean and organize all areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common living spaces. Complete laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing, as required. Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and handles. Assist with occasional errands or grocery shopping, if needed. Report any maintenance or repair concerns to management. Follow established health, safety, and cleaning standards. Maintain cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is used and stored properly. Qualifications Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (required) . Current Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) issued within the past 6 months, or willingness to obtain one. Previous housekeeping or residential cleaning experience is an asset but not required. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable, professional, trustworthy, and respectful. Physically able to perform housekeeping duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
