At Pinchin, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a team, influence how we deliver our services, and play a key role in shaping the growth of our Occupational Health & Safety practice in BC.

If you’re looking for a role where you can operate with autonomy, have real input into the business, and grow into more senior leadership, this is that opportunity.

  • Clear path for growth – this role is positioned as a step toward more senior leadership (e.g., Operations Manager / Director)
  • Variety and impact – work across industrial hygiene, safety programs, compliance, and training
  • A better consulting model – hybrid work, flexible hours, and a focus on sustainable delivery

  • Mentor and supervise junior and intermediate level staff

  • Oversee the preparation of contract documents according to Pinchin standards
  • Coordinate work and client contracts with other groups within the company
  • Review technical reports
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory body representatives
  • Participate in quality control initiatives

  • 5-10 years of related experience
  • Experience with managing employees and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong technical expertise, particularly with respect to providing solutions in Occupational Health and Safety matters
  • Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Effective planning and prioritizing skills to meet organizational and divisional goals
  • Ability to leverage technological advancements in safety and hygiene to provide sound health and safety solutions for our clients

Benefits and Compensation

Competitive salary within the stated range, RRSP matching program, annual bonuses, and extended coverage from day one.

Preference may be given to candidates who can efficiently qualify for government security clearances. Verification of background information over the previous five years including Canadian residency is required.
  • We thank all applicants for their interest. Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.

We are committed to employment practices that support a diverse and inclusive workplace. If you require reasonable accommodation during the recruitment process, please let us know.
