Corrective Maintenance:

  • Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly, diagnose issues, and assign repairs to technicians.
  • Oversee the quality of repairs and ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on complex equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to OEE and maintenance costs in support of the New Forest Business Plan.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance.
  • Conduct regular equipment audits to identify potential issues and address them proactively.

Team Management:

  • Lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks based on skills and workload.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to technicians.

Leadership Attributes:

  • Shows moral courage, openness, and honesty in all dealings.
