Job description
Take on the vital role of a Nurse providing remote home care. Deliver personalized treatment and ongoing support to patients in Northern Communities, with travel fully covered and competitive hourly pay. This position spans 4 weeks and is ideal for licensed nurses eager to affect positive change in patients' lives. Responsibilities include at-home assessments and consistent monitoring of individuals unable to reach clinics. You'll ensure patients receive the necessary care backed with an organized support system.
