Job description
Step into the role of Senior Consultant / Consulting Team Lead with Upstaff Employment Services, bringing your expertise to Nova Scotia's Office of the Fire Marshal modernization. This hybrid role is essential for guiding public sector transformation. You will review and assess organizational structures while developing strategic recommendations for the Department of Emergency Management. Your experience in business process improvements and project management will be invaluable. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will identify and enhance areas for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a comprehensive review of current services and programs • Identify and analyze inefficiencies in existing processes • Facilitate collaboration among diverse public sector stakeholders • Create actionable recommendations for program improvements • Manage the entire project lifecycle within set timelines Requirements: • Five years of experience in complex public sector initiatives • Proven track record in project management • Ability to analyze and improve governance processes • Background in fire services or emergency management preferred • Certification in continuous improvement methods Leverage your consulting expertise to drive transformation and enhance public safety outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
