Job description
Contribute to RONA's success as a Department Manager, where your leadership will enhance customer service and store operations. Enjoy a thriving workplace committed to diversity and inclusion. In this role at RONA, you will leverage your five years of experience in personnel management to supervise daily store operations. As a Department Manager, you will resolve customer issues, manage merchandising, and ensure effective team performance. Your proactive approach and leadership will be crucial in driving both customer satisfaction and team morale.
