Position Title: Specialty Developer - Senior (Lead)
Duration: 6 months
In-Office Requirement: 5 times a month – Every Wednesday and third Friday

The role is responsible for leading the technical design, development and integration of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems and providing enhancements to existing technologies. The role works on complex issues involving one or more technical areas, mentoring employees and performing tasks of advanced technical depth and breadth. The role collaborates with developers, architects and infrastructure specialists to gather requirements and conduct research to evaluate the application of new and emerging tools and techniques, identifying patterns and best practices to consider in technology proposals while anticipating long‑term business issues. The role devises new methods and procedures using strong analytic and inductive thinking, developing project plans based on appropriate standards and methodology.
